He doesn’t even know shit about the movie or that it’s based off a fucking game. At least when I go see a movie based off of something I’m not familiar with, I do research beforehand so I know shit about it.

Ugggglllllyyyy has a new name, well sort of, but it’s still Perez Hilton ugly.
I used to read Perez like a lot of people because I found it funny and it became a guilty pleasure, but as of late, I just feel bad reading it.
I don’t know when his tone changed, and I don’t know about you, but for me it seems that he has just become so increasingly hateful and very bias in his opinions. I mean, this all seems so trite because why SHOULD we care so much about celebrities anyway? Why should we care if some random blogger is saying bad things about them. I just feel like he’s been coming down so hard on people while downplaying his own actions.
For instance, the time he got into a fight with Will.I.Am. Perez called Will.I.Am a fag and ironically so because he is gay himself, but when somebody else, say, Isiah Washington calls somebody that in the heat of the moment and apologizes for it, he comes down on him. (I know this is a touchy example, and regardless of who said it, that’s just something you don’t say) Basically, the point I wanted to make was that I feel like he spends way too much time highlighting other people’s faults without addressing his own wrongdoings.
Granted celebrities do outlandish things and some of them are completely out of line or questionable, but honestly, who doesn’t have a bad day? And how would you feel if you were having a bad day and people were following you all the time with flash bulbs in your face? We will never know until it happens to us, but that’s another can of worms.
It was entertaining at first, but now it has just gotten to the point where the mood isn’t light anymore. It seemed like it went from calling your friend out for drinking too much and laughing about the fact that they made out with someone they shouldn’t have to deliberately kicking someone while they’re down. Say for example making fun of someone who failed at rehab. That’s just not so funny anymore. So for that reason, I’m splitting with Perez today. Not that anyone cares and not that it really matters, because really, why are we so invested in the lives of celebs anyway?
